Power is turning green at a faster pace than ever, is industry going to be the next green spot?

This recent EIA article shows that the power sector leads the decarbonation of advanced economies, and the trend is accelerating in 2019: US energy-related CO2 emissions fell by more than 30% from 2007's peak, while Europe further reduced its energy-related emissions by 12% just for 2019 (EU study). In the same period, energy-related emissions from the industry increased, showing the utter need for achieving #electrification at a global scale. these opposite trends show how difficult #energytransition is going to be in the years to come.
